We just spent a wonderful week at the Materada Residence in Porec. The facility is brand new and very well appointed. The air-conditioning in the Apartment was a godsend as it was very hot during our week there. The kitchen was fully equipped and the full size refrigerator was awesome. We took advantage of the whirlpool and the beach volleyball area. The location right on the sea was perfect for enjoying the water. There is no naturist beach area within walking distance but I did find a free area about 5 minutes drive near the Ulika camp. The food in the area is fantastic at the restaurants near the complex and a taxi ride into town is reasonable and the staff was ready to help contact a cab. The staff was very nice and helpful with all questions and requests. The barbeque area was splendid. We used it one evening and it was all clean and ready to go the next day by 7:30 am when I went to see if I needed to clean out my ashes from the night before.

Holidays including the sea, the sun, the nearby woods and pleasant staff at your service are offered by the Materada Residence at all times. We offer a morning coffee by our Mini Bar daily. Children might prefer their favourite ice-creams and various soft drinks.
Since the whole complex of the Materada Residence is surrounded by a fence ensuring privacy and safety, guests are given cards which open the car park gate. The spacious car park provides parking facility for all guests' cars. Entrance into the complex is exclusively through the reception area. Entrance into the car park is closed all day and each guest receives a card. With this service Materada Residence wishes to protect the guests and their property so that they can bring home only good memories of their holidays.

Next to the swimming pool, the large terrace is furnished with umbrellas and deckchairs. While sitting on one of the deckchairs, you can enjoy an extraordinary view of the bay and the town of Poreč. The complex also offers a children's pool (30 cm deep) where children can socialize and play together. Use of the swimming pool is for guests only and there is no fear of the pool being overcrowded.
